Emergency Physicians Association of Turkey (EPAT) and Sonoschool has completed the first European accredited point-of-care ultrasound course of Turkey successfully at Jordan University of Science and Technology King Abdullah University Hospital.
After opening speech of SonoSchool President Prof. Dr. Erden Erol Ünlüer, the Dean of Jordan University of Science and Technology, Prof. Khaled El-Salem has visited the course venue and gave a speech.
The course was held by the collaboration of EPAT/ SonoSchool and Jordanian Emergency Medicine Society. 40 participants from inside and outside of Jordan has participated our course which is accredited by European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (UEMS).
Both theoretical and hands-on trainings on live mannikins one-by-one were performed. At the end of the second day, our participants have reviewed their knowledge by a funny knowledge competition and we had small gifts for top three of competition.
At the end of the course, we have requested the participants to complete feedback forms about the course and lecturers and we had great feedbacks from them.
After completing the program, participants have taken their certificates approved by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (UEMS).
