Schedule of registration fees
1. Participants should send their bank receipts of registration fees with their name, surname, affiliation, position, e-mail and post adress via e-mail for registration.
Registration fee is 12.000 Turkish Lira.

2. Registrations are open from 15.06.2025
3. Total number of participants will be limited with 40.
4. Registrations will be closed in 19.09.2025 or when the number of participants is reached to 40.
5. Services included in this fee: All theoretical and hands-on trainings, coffee service in coffee breaks, lunch services.

A certificate of participation will be given to all participants upon completion of the course.
Refund status in case of non-attendance:
If participants notify that they will not attend minimum 15 days before the course date, all participation fees will be refunded.
In case of non-attendance 7 days or less before the course date, the requested participation fee will not be refunded.
All refunds will be made after the meeting date.
