Peer Review Model
The journals published under the auspices of the Association operate a double-blind peer-review system in which the identities of authors and reviewers are concealed from one another. The peer-review process is conducted in accordance with the principles of impartiality, confidentiality, scientific merit, and editorial independence.
Reviewers are expected to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of all manuscripts and related materials received for review.
- Decline review invitations and promptly notify the editorial office whenever a conflict of interest exists.
- Base their evaluations solely on the scientific quality, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, and scholarly contribution of the manuscript.

Responsibilities of Authors
Authors
Authors are expected to:
- Confirm that the submitted manuscript is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration by another journal.
- Obtain and report all required ethics committee approvals for studies involving human participants or animals.
- Disclose all potential conflicts of interest.
- Respond to reviewers' comments in a timely, respectful, and scientifically justified manner.

Editors
Editors are expected to:
- Ensuring that the peer-review process is conducted fairly, impartially, and in accordance with accepted publication ethics principles.
- Making publication decisions solely on the basis of the scientific merit and scholarly contribution of the manuscript.
- Initiating corrections, rejections, retractions, or other editorial actions where appropriate in accordance with COPE guidance.
- Selecting reviewers based on subject expertise, independence, and the principles of fair evaluation.
