The trauma scene is inherently complex—marked by noise, panic, time pressure, and uncertainty.
Numerous medical disciplines contribute to trauma management in a multidisciplinary manner.
Like a well-coordinated orchestra, the rhythm of trauma care must be precisely set, and the tempo of the fight for life must be harmoniously managed.
As emergency physicians, we are the conductors of this chaos, ensuring that each specialty intervenes at the right time and in the right way.
With this spirit in mind, we are proud and delighted to announce that, under the leadership of the Emergency Physicians Association of Turkey (EPAT), we will be hosting the 2nd International Trauma Congress in the Land of Rumi Konya, between November 27–30, 2025.
This major scientific gathering will unite nearly twenty trauma-related specialties—including Surgery, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Neurosurgery, Intensive care, Radiology, and ENT—as well as Prehospital care professionals such as paramedics and EMTs, all with a common purpose: “Saving trauma patients together”
At this year’s congress, we will explore:
Evidence-based approaches to trauma patients guided by the latest trauma guidelines, the science behind life-saving decisions made in critical moments, the unbroken chain of trauma care from disaster scenes to the operating room, the nuances of managing trauma in pregnant patients, the elderly, and children, and, of course, the often invisible but guiding role of emergency medicine throughout the entire process.
Enriched with scholarships for national and international participants, prize draws, and social events, we are excitedly looking forward to your presence.
We firmly believe that when this orchestra plays in unison, another life can be saved.
